What Does It Feel Like To Be A Bat?
This has to be one of those essays that has had a profound influence upon me apropos a general perspective on life. Not that it is a matter of any particular significance, but that it asks the primary question of What Does It Feel To Be An Other ( ? ). I must confess to nursing a feeling that if we cannot ask that question of ourselves, we cannot meaningfully, easefully and peacefully converse, communicate and commune with each other.
As for me, I subscribe to a deviant Theory of Mind i.e. I have none.
